Looked them up and it’s from Scotland so from a food safety standpoint it’s probably not an issue, likely more for tax/trade reasons that really won’t affect you.
They might have just used the wrong laser setting for that batch.
That’s got dairy in it and shouldn’t be allowed down here unless it went through agriculture checks first.
