yes and don’t put them outside like 2 days before. do it late in the evening or in the morning of pickup.

Most likely because it’s a separate company I would guess.

It may also depend on your area.

    3. Because mixed garbage costs them money to dispose of (full container)and they already pay someone to pick it up at home.

bags with trash are not recyled 🙂

recycle parks do not have the facilities to take these.

    5. This is bullcrap. Anything too large for Restafval you can bring to the recyclepark and call it “Grofvuil”. And believe me no one will go rummaging through your trash to see if its really too large…

You can’t bring trash bags to recycling parks because all waste has to be sorted beforehand. Unsorted bags make it hard to process and might contain stuff that’s dangerous or not recyclable. It’s about safety, efficiency, and environmental rules.

You’re expected to use your local waste collection service, which handles general trash separately from recyclables. Check your Mirom pickup schedule.

Was wondering what country you came from, so I checked your comment history. I regret that deeply. To anyone thinking the same: don’t.

On the thrash bag thing, during summer holidays you can bring them to the recycle park, but it has to be in the official thrash bags that cost 1€ each.

Just buy cheap trash bags that are slightly bigger and put them round the non allowed bags

    9. Recycling park is for recyclable trash. You can bring paper or plastic many times per year.

Huisvuil or restafval is the rest waste that remains after sorting out recyclable things. It’s not recyclable, so it doesn’t make sense at a recycling park.

Rest waste is trash trash. It’s picked up (usually weekly) either in bags, or in bins. Bags are usually expensive, to encourage recycling and to make the polluter pay for the trash they create. Bins usually get weighed for the same reason. Rest waste is burned or thrown on a dump, depends.

Each city or area has it’s own rules, your commune should have a link to the rules.

Yes it’s a retarded rule, especially if you’re travelling or there is a strike of trash collectors

Like others wrote. Call it ´grof vuil´ and pay per weight.

    12. tomba_be on

You pay to have them picked up (most likely).

It’s likely that this recycling park only handles trash that is recyclable, and does not take mixed garbage.

Yes, I can not even dispose of daipers so now I am drowning in poop after missing a pickup💩

Hasselt kan je de officiële zakken binnenbrengen, daar staat een container voor ze, ik dacht dat het overal hetzelfde was.
