      A 50% tariff effectively amounts to an economic sanction on EU imports to the United States except for specialized products that are hard to replace. Pretty terrible.

      This is why I was critical of efforts at good faith negotiations, as opposed to the Chinese approach of hardballing them. It was always going to come along in a matter of days, weeks, or at a big stretch, months.

      Now watch those in his inner circle ‘buy the dip’ again, since it’s largely about market manipulation right out in the open while his cultists clap like seals.

      The world doesn’t owe America a living. The way to deal with bully’s is to fight back. He’s already stabbed us in the back on multiple other issues. Go after American services. There is limited retaliation the US can do and they are vulnerable. Crush them.
