Quindi ho avuto questi adattatori Samsonite UE per un po ‘e sono stati usati ogni volta che sono stato in vacanza. Il mese scorso ho visitato la Grecia e non ho potuto funzionare per la vita di me. Collego il plug nel Regno Unito, ma il polo superiore colpisce un palo di metallo nella presa a parete e quindi non posso spingerlo completamente. Ho pensato che forse fosse il pessimo hotel greco, ma il mio hotel in Germania ora sembra essere lo stesso? Ho usato al 100% questi adattatori prima senza problemi, ma ora non sembrano funzionare?
Sono stupido o sono obsoleti o qualcosa del genere?
Le foto mostrano l’adattatore, la spina nell’adattatore, fino a che punto posso entrare entrambi nel muro prima di colpire il polo di metallo nella parte superiore (o in basso) che colpisce il polo superiore del Regno Unito, il che significa che non può andare oltre

looks like a terrible design, the uk ground plug is protruding into the schuko ground connection area which makes the fit (almost) inpossible.
it’s trying to be small, if it doesn’t work for you, that’s the reason, it’s trying to get something very tight to fit
I don’t think it’s deep enough for your plug to make contact with the adaptor. the metal thingies in EU is ground and they have some freedom to bend away.
Seem to be that you bought crap unfortunatly. My understanding is, that due to the design of the UK plug (which is one of the most challanging to adapt from), the quadratic section of your adapter would have to be significantly thicker. My guess is that the one your got is only ment for plugs where the ground contact is somehow smaller then usual or retractable.
Personally I’ve encounered a lot of useless adapters allready unfortunatly.
Seeing that the UK ground is just plastic (and therefore without function in this adapter): can you remove it?
