To be fair the 1936 Olympics is a great one. We have some of the most iconic scenes ever from it. Jesse Owens won gold in 100 meter, 200 meter, 4 × 100 m relay, and long jump. Luz Long, a “Nazi” long jumper who died in battle during WW2, helped Owens get his gold in long jump by correcting his last try finally making it a valid jump. And that’s a success despite the ideology. Imagine how much they could pull off now.
