I may be paranoid but I do not believe all big tech companies are already using all our data for stuff like that without asking. It’s simply impossible to prove what they are feeding their AIs.

In my experience, for EU users the objections are honoured immediately and unconditionally.
…at least that’s what the emails say. What they’ll actually do is a different matter, but that’s up to the regulators to deal with, nothing we can do about it.
