Fascinating. As horrible as all types of Alzheimer’s/Dementia is for anyone – who has it and especially family members. It’s always interesting to read about what environmental factors can cause/reduce likelihood.
Thus far I’ve gathered is keep your brain active (my grandmother used to listen to French radio), maintain a social network, don’t drink too much and stay physically active.

I love these little quirks we’re finding: I expect this is the same science suggesting brushing teeth with your other hand and/or trying to drive without Google Maps massages your brain in such a way that exercises the neural goings on up there.
