What a scumbag. He shouldn’t be on the streets.
Would you look at that. Another scumbag who got a lenient sentence for previous sexual crimes (with 12 months suspended to boot) commits more violence. Who’d have seen that coming. I am not doubting he has mental illness, but is there a mental illness that causes a person to violently attack and sexually assault women. This chap has priors.
Should be in a secure institution but they have been shut down in favour of “Care in the community”.
In the interest of other people’s safety he needs to be removed from society.
Further proof – if ever it was needed – that there’s a global epidemic of violence against women!
