Ho comprato una casa (Paritalo) nel 2023 a Helsinki, lo stesso anno in cui fu costruita. Ora mi sto tirando via i capelli perché i rumori sono così fastidiosi.
- Ogni volta che fuori è ventoso, la canna fumaria emette anche rumori.
- Quasi ogni giorno di sole ascolterei il rumore dal tetto.

Questo non può essere normale, giusto? Soprattutto per una casa di recente costruzione.
Ho contattato il venditore più volte negli ultimi mesi e ha appena detto che avrebbe contattato la società che ha costruito la casa. Allora non succede nulla.
Sono stufo dell’attesa. Qualche idea che tipo di azienda dovrei contattare per le riparazioni? E quanto costerebbe?

The small popping sound is caused by the thermal expansion of the sheet metal roof in warm weather. It’s difficult to eliminate this. It’s good that the metal can expand, but locating the exact source of the sound can be quite tricky.
Basicly All of those sounds are more or less normal.
Completely normal noises.
Seller probably contacted the building company and they shared a laugh.
Houses live and ‘settle’ all the time. Planting trees around could solve the windy noises.
You’ll get used to it over time and somehow even miss it when not at home – especially if you’ve got a wooden house that snaps in the winter colds.
