Update: he’s been given a 10 place grid penalty for the sprint race in Spain for causing this incident.

He’s been given a 10 place penalty for the Spain sprint which is about fair I think. He probably felt the win was gone if Martins led after Turn 1, but he’d be in a much better place right now settling for P2.
