Attualmente sto navigando un po ‘di crocevia e apprezzerei davvero alcuni input da parte tua.
Sfondo: Sono un quereinsteiger. Nel 2022 ho realizzato un breve programma completo sperando di cambiare carriera, dopo di che ho completato un CAS presso Zhaw in Informatica. Immagino di essere stato un po ‘fortunato all’epoca di ottenere un lavoro poco dopo, e negli ultimi 2,5 anni ho lavorato principalmente come sviluppatore di frontend (Angular). A causa dell’azienda "ristrutturazione," Attualmente sto cacciando il lavoro e sento onestamente la saturazione del mercato in prima persona – anche le posizioni junior stanno causando rifiuti. Ed è ancora più difficile dal momento che so che sto anche competendo con tutti i brillanti laureati di ETH ecc.
Dal momento che so che mi manca un po ‘di istruzione formale, ho guardato WeiterbildungsangeBote. Uno che ha attirato la mia attenzione è il programma di ingegneria del software MAS di OST: https://www.ost.ch/de/weiterbildung/weiterbildungsangebot/informatik/mas-software-ingineering

Ma secondo me penso che quello di OST abbia un aspetto migliore, saggio dei contenuti.
Quindi la domanda è:
- Qualcuno ha fatto questo programma MAS o uno dei suoi moduli? Qual è stata la tua esperienza?
- Il perseguimento di ulteriori istruzione come questo ne varrebbe la pena nel mercato attuale?
- Qualche altro consiglio per qualcuno nella mia situazione?
Continuerò a fare domanda a prescindere, ma qualsiasi intuizione della comunità sarebbe estremamente apprezzata!

If there is no job best thing is to continue your education I guess, with a side job if you find a low percentage (saw many of them, not enough to live but enough to survive while studying); by the time you are done you should be above average on you resume and market could be better
If you find meh positions it’s also worth taking, employers might say great you have a doctorate but we want someone with 10 years experience and then you are screwed again
I am not sure for how long you have been coding, but I have the feeling that you can’t out code AI. This might sound scary at first, because that means your job is gone. But it could also mean that you can start using AI as a tool to get your job done. Setup an IDE, learn how to use the tools, learn how to use AI agent. You are still at a better position than a complete novice to understand the AI output. You might miss bugs, or the AI might use concepts that fly right over your head. Be humble and learn from it. Do the research, ask followup question to the AI and up level yourself this way.
