I go both ways on this as a drone pilot, but the kinds of drones I like are for racing. Their cameras suck. They’re just for seeing where you’re going.

The drones most people are flying are these DJI movie drones with incredible cameras and that’s their main purpose. They feel quite invasive, especially if you’re at home and you see one flying over.

It’s unfortunate that people think us racers are recording them, when really we just want to rip around in a big park.
