Kilkenny have finally invaded?
Presumably some holdover from the days when County Waterford and Waterford City were separate Local Authority Areas (they were made into a unitary authority in 2014).
Someone in Google maps is from Kilkenny. They’ve been incorrectly locating Waterford city for many years.
Kilkenny have been beating us back house by house, street by street. We’re fighting for our lives. Send military aid immediately.
