Ciao oggi ho ricevuto una strana e -mail da Google. Apparentemente Edeka, dove sono stato due anni fa, mi ha accusato la diffamazione perché ho messo 2 stelle? Per quanto ne so è legalmente dubbio (poiché non possono biasimarmi per diffamazione se ho condiviso la mia esperienza ma eccoci qui). Qualcuno ha avuto gli stessi problemi? Possono davvero andare in tribunale contro la mia revisione? Posso aggiornare la mia recensione dicendo che non solo aspetterai 50 minuti perché hanno solo un checkout aperto, ma ti colpiranno anche con accuse di diffamazione?

    I mean, they *could*. But most likely they would lose if they did. And since they most likely know that, they are most likely not going to go to court over this. Nor do they have to. They just tell Google “defamation” and Google, not wanting any trouble or the cost of checking the report manually, will delete the review and that’s it.

    Yes you can. But the result will likely be the same. they will complain to Google and Google will delete.

    Nothing is going to happen. This is unfortunately pretty common in the last years. Your review will be deleted.
