In the Senate there are already 80 cosponsors, making it veto-proof regardless of Trump’s support.
Going to require a veto-proof bill (2/3rds majority) otherwise an instant veto by the Orange Manchurian. See the time when there was a veto-proof Russian sanctions bill that passed during his first administration and he still violated the Constitution by waiting past the deadline to sign it. Now it’s clear he doesn’t even care about that. Trump can ***not*** move against Putin in a meaningful way. It violates the fundamental oath he took, which was not to the Constitution.
Trump will veto it.
