Rightly so. The tariffs were illegal to begin with. Only Congress can set tariffs except in certain cases like emergency or reciprocal tariff.
That’s why Trump kept falsely calling the tariff “reciprocal”. There’s nothing reciprocal about it if Trump can simply slap tariff on single company like Apple. What Trump is doing is blackmailing American CEOs.
So Trump tries to tariff everyone, it doesn’t work cause he’s an idiot and everyone can see that, and then all of a sudden the court just now decides that they should block him…hmm sounds like cop out from the orange tyrant
