Damned straight that they are legitimate military targets!
Seen as how The Kremlin thinks schools and apartment buildings are targets, I think it’s all fair game at this point!
Is this the first or one of the first for St. Petersburg? I know Moscow residents have seen a lot of “unexplained things” but haven’t seen a lot here… hopefully yet
