How is it that this guy was apparently jailed for 3 months just last week and yet yesterday morning was able to walk into a McDonalds with a shotgun?

Normally when stuff like this happens it’s somebody who owes some money out and is getting locked up and forced to do something drastic by the person he or she owes money to. He was probably dropped at the door and given the shotgun by somebody he owed money to.
No idea in this case though.
