Ciao, sono un giovane padrone di casa e voglio fare un buco sul mio balcone in modo da poter passare un filo per avere elettricità su di esso mentre con tutte le finestre e la porta completamente chiuse. Per fare ciò ho intenzione di fare un buco nella X rossa. Ho già cercato i piani di appartamento e i tubi di riscaldamento non sono mappati. So che sarebbe più sicuro chiamare un professionista e pagare 300 euro per un lavoro di 5 minuti. Ma voglio farlo da solo perché ho tutti gli strumenti necessari per installare questa presa di elettricità del balcone. Tuttavia, non so se posso perforare un buco lì. I tubi di riscaldamento vanno a terra, ma sono preoccupato perché dietro il radiatore e sotto la finestra il muro è "santificare"che potrebbe indicare che ci sono cose all’interno. Questa configurazione con radiatore sotto la finestra con una lastra di pietra sembra essere estremamente comune in Germania, quindi forse c’è un "predefinito" Il modo in cui i tubi di riscaldamento sarebbero stati organizzati dietro.
Posso fare il buco sulla X rossa verso l’esterno? Idee? 🙂

You can drill, but if you want to know what’s behind it before you do, you’ll need a wall scanner. We won’t be able to tell. Just get one, you’ll need it again.
How are we supposed to know whether it’s safe to drill there? If you need to ask this question, get a professional in to do it — or, more likely I suspect, tell you why what you have in mind is stupidly dangerous and/or violates some building code. If you’re not willing to spend €300 to get a job done professionally when you clearly don’t know what you’re doing, I would not want to have you as my landlord.
Do the other owners in the building know about your plan? The facade and the balcony isn’t exclusively your property. And you cannot make a hole in it without having their approval.
