      Needs doing now. The world is changing fast, and we are waiting for a review that keeps getting pushed back.

      People don’t seem to grasp how dire our forces are at the moment. We don’t have enough of anything and we sure as shit couldn’t fight a war.

      Why not, instead of setting out arbitrary % of GDP figures the MOD/Government do an overarching analysis and plan of what our strategic military goals ought to be, the capability required to facilitate those goal and just pay whatever that costs.

      Why is it 3% of GDP? Why not 3.1% or 2.9%?

      Lithuania and Taiwan being threatened with invasion next. We need to aim higher, 5% defence budget needed ASAP.
