Grazie in anticipo!

One seat is indeed in a different coach. One option is to just rebook it, but there might not be a free coupe and the price might be different (RJ uses dynamic pricing), not recommended. So i would contact the RJ support and ask them if there is an option to change the seating. It is possible that there was a change in the train layout (eg. some coaches changed) and all the seats got reasigned (happens quite often) and there is no guarantee that your seath will match in a new train layout.
I don’t get it. Didn’t you choose seats on the train map when purchasing tickets?
OP bought not from RegioJet directly but from some sort of provider.
Check on their web if 4 seats together are available and then buy directly from them. Refund the tickets from 3rd party.
Or contact whatever your provider is and ask them to seat all of you together.
Yep, it looks like the seats are not together. Looking at the seating plan, it’s actually quite uncommon for 4 first-class seats to be clumped together in RJ 1033. Didn’t you see the seat numbers before finishing the booking?
Thank you everyone! It’s clarified now that the seats are not together, most probably because I booked through a third party.
Honestly, didn’t even realise they were not an official provider because I thought it would all amount to the same regardless of the website I use. Will keep this in mind for future bookings.
For now, I’ll contact customer support. Thanks again 🙂
