Maybe he has a point? I gave up smoking cigs when I started using the IQos system. It doesn’t burn tobacco, just heats it up, it’s then mixed with a vape like eliquid which you inhale.
There’s no smoke, but you do get a more realistic cigarette taste than an ecig. Worked for me , haven’t had a cig in 3 years and was able to ditch the iqos after 6 months too.
Didn’t realise they were included in the proposed ban, it’s a product designed to help you quit smoking.

Philip Morris is obviously in it for their bottom line, but it is not totally unreasonable to oppose a blanket ban if there’s scientific evidence to suggest tobacco can be enjoyed safely.
