There drastically needs to be an inquiry into this

The motorbike situation seems to be out of control recently. Obviously, there are responsible bike owners, so I’m not referring to them, but there’s also so many scrotes out pulling wheelies, flying through pedestrian areas at insane speed and not wearing helmets. There needs to be a proper crackdown on it. These yokes are weapons when misused.
