I often forget that there are people that still smoke.

In my opinion smoking is an evil worse than most, not only do you kill yourself with it, not only does it make the world worse and so on, but you are directly killing the people around you, its toxic to everyone in a way other things arent. Being high on coke or heroin or fentanyl or whatever is bad for society sure but it doesnt create a cloud of death around you that hurts anyone nearby that they have no control over. Its completely fucked. Plus it smells bad.
It’s France, in case you’re wondering.
Meanwhile, after being nearly eradicated, smoking is on the rise again with young people in Norway.
I’m glad we got snus in Sweden. I’m almost never exposed to cigarette smoke here

Yup, typical Europe fashion – ban everything. “Protecting the children” seems to be their new favorite excuse to use these days.
People of France, a depressed good looking guy smoking a cigarette is not a movie.
As cool as people may think they *look* when smoking, there’s absolutely nothing sexy about smelling and tasting like an ashtray. Maybe if you’re dating a smoker who is as nose blind as you.
They never made it sexy. Easy way to make an attractive person look less sexy is for them to smoke. It’s not much different from doing a line of coke.
