it really is a big hand. 1/3 of nuclear capable fleet is a big deal. Usually about a third of the fleet is already in constant state of Maintenance and the last 3rd, do you really want to risk moving them and risking another drone attack? It makes them very vulnerable not only to Ukraine, but China and NATO. Along with all the air systems Ukraine is taking out, its leaving them more and more reliant on ground power which we know how that goes for Russia (meat grinder). And the fact they pulled it off themselves is even better. Give them an amazing hand of cards. Slava Ukraini!
