Ugh so is it me, or did Andranik just let it slip that this agreement will help Russia stay in Armenia?

Petros basically asks why Russia didn’t congratulate the border agreement, and from what I understand Andranik says “Russia can’t go against something that is needed to securely stay in the Caucasus”.

What the actual fuck?!

I hope this is one of Andranik’s idiotic musings, and not what the aim of this whole process is.
