Libertà di sfidare la consultazione EHRC in High Court

EHRC can’t really win. They try to get through the consultation quickly to update the guidance and give people certainty, or they try to take their time.

Either way, people are gonna say they did the wrong thing. I’m not sure how likely they are to win, but the sooner this toxic shite is over, the better.
