They are also not planning on leaving them there also, best for us to plan to replace them ASAP.

The central concept of NATO was the unquestionable idea that the USA would come and beat Russias ass if they ever crossed the border!
Who here believe blindly in that still?
If we don’t trust them blindly with our live than we will have to prepare the EU as if our lives depend on it (because they probably do depend on it)

If we haveto rely on the US, we can be sure of being backstabbed e.g. by their blackmailing Denmark into giving them Greenland. I hope we can replace their troops and expel them as soon as possible. Don’t want to be like Poland in 1939.

Europe needs to grow a pair of balls and forcibly remove the fascist occupation force.
Trump’s promises are worthless and his plans change on a whim. This means nothing.
And Trump meant “moment” literally.
So they are absolutely withdrawing them.
That could change tomorrow, depending on how Trump feels.
They got about 85k troops in Europe. It should be possible to replace them given some time.
Given their support for Putin and Orban I’d keep a close eye on them….
