Ciao, ho parcheggiato oggi allo Esplanadi Helsinki Center, ho pagato 8eur per il parcheggio e apparentemente ho ottenuto una multa, quindi in un certo senso sono doppio, più bene più di 8 EUR che ho pagato.
Mi chiedo se ho parcheggiato in un posto sbagliato, ma vedo anche altre macchine parcheggiate e il cartello del parcheggio dice 9-21, non sono andato oltre l’ora di parcheggio, anche il mio disco se ne sono andato.
Qualche idea su come posso ancora ricevere bene? Non capisco.

The fine says you parked into a spot where there’s no parking allowed except for government vehicles.

More precisely, prolly i parked wrong spot, shoulf have moved abit further? I still dont get it, also it doesnt make clear the parking sign.
Did you use an app, or did you buy your ticket from machine? If you bought from a machine, you need to leave the receipt to a visible place behind your steering wheel.

I think you have missed some sign, as the fine says “does not apply to governmental vehicles”.
EDIT: I found the spot from Google Maps. Front of that sign is the parking for governmental vehicles, so if you parked in front of that sign, that’s the reason. Ministry of Justice is located there. Picture from Google Maps
