Not gonna happen.
They are not going to seize Odesa. Seizing a city if there is real opposition is very difficult. They could only seize Mariupol AFTER they completely destroyed it. They couldn’t seize any other major city.
They won’t be able to use sufficient artillery consistently around Odesa.
As you see in this picture, and me with boots on the ground, seeing and feeling that the west is ignoring us. It’s very difficult to get people or good goods in, to help to stop the Russians. This is a major issue that nobody should ignore. All help welcome we need a lot..
Odesa………..might as well demand Alaska, it would be easier to take.
They wanted Crimea. Because they’re idiots and still think they can be a “naval power”.
They want Odesa, because they want to finally take over Transnistria and Moldova.
Their greed is so predictable.
The dismemberment of the Russian state should be the top geopolitical priority for Europe for the foreseeable future.
Whoever was on the watch in the Odesa+Mykolaiv region during the initial strike is a hero. Had they succeeded to capture these, it would’ve been so much harder to keep defending.
Better face the facts: tine for the West to stop playing ostrich and put the head out of the hole in the ground.
Everyone with only half a brain understands what they want. Soviet Union, Empire, and from there onwards.
Question is: are we going to allow our disgusting combination of greed and cowardice to overpower us and make us submit to the Russian, or are we going to stand up, truly take meaningful action and support Ukraine?
