As someone with no military background I completely agree. This is a generational threat by the East – the west must prove there’s no way to break Europe. I also think that any country in Europe that does not agree will need be shown extremely strong diplomatic pressure to get them in line.

Is it time for NATO countries (F.U. Trump) to take over the defense of, among others, Kyiv? Relief for Ukraine. Still no war with NATO unless Russia attacks.

    3. I still don’t understand why tanks and other materiel wasn’t send at day 1 one after the invasion or even help defend Crimea 2014 by fighter jets against unmarked soldiers „which aren’t russian ones“, as the Kremlin stated 2014.

North Korea even know that the West will do nothing, even they aren’t afraid to send troops to the assistance of Russia with no repercussion yet the west sit on their hands out of fear of a Russian backlash. If they wanted to do anything, how about we strike NK and occupy their forces for the next while and in turn keep sending weapons to Ukriane???

Now this is a man who understands the situation and russian (damaged) psychology. Applaud and encourage others to read past the headline.

The only thing I don’t like is that it’s *still* calling far US involvement. I get that they can’t give up, and have to keep trying to show trump the light, but he quite obviously willingly doesn’t intend to. I also get that we kinda *have* to rely on US due to past European military neglect. But it’s also hard to believe the situation is *that* dire that w can’t have a *bit* more agency.
I hope within the next 10 years to see Europe more united than ever, and with sufficient military self-reliance to be able to tell US to fuck off, and go it alone when needed. It should happen sooner, but that seems like the more ‘realistic’ aspiration/timeline.

Right now Ukraine is doing all the heavy lifting. And it’s helping everyone in Europe.

The rest of the world needs to get involved and get Russia out of Ukraine. This is the perfect time.
