Oh, right. A literal bank with state is manipulating its currency. Because its not like Switzerland is know as the most secure and dependent place to store your money.
Also, for US to make such claims is laughable. They have used the reserve currency status of dollar to essentially print money, with no significant devaluation. They are no better than China in that regard.
