Ieri ho parcheggiato la mia auto nel parcheggio di un lago e quando sono tornato ho scoperto che c’era un dink di spicco. Abbiamo appena preso la macchina da meno di un anno e mi sono imbattuto. Qual è il solito modo di procedere: mi considero solo sfortunato o provo a presentare un reclamo assicurativo per risolverlo? Per colpire e correre così, come posso assicurarmi di non essere penalizzato per disattenzione?

Junk it and buy a new one.
You should file a Police report for damage by an unknown vehicle.

Unfortunately, there is a CHF 1000 excess on claims to NGF (ie you pay the first CHF 1000 before they cover costs).
