3k a month in Malahide is tremendous value, in fairness.
During college in Rathmines circa 1990, 3 of us paid £33 a week each for a small bedroom each, tiny kitchen and a bathroom that wasn’t big enough for yourself and the cat you wanted to swing. I dread to think what it is going for these days.
