What this Russian effectively said is “I am a monster” (я монстр)
Looks like they also castrated him, you can tell by the catheter going directly into the bladder (thats what the yellow tube is) normally they go into the urethra meaning that the Russians more than likely castrated him too along with vivisection wouldn’t surprise me if they stole a kidney as well.
“Monsters” is correct!
