Post skipped it but places of worship are [protected by Geneva Convention](https://ihl-databases.icrc.org/en/ihl-treaties/api-1977/article-53). Does not have to be heritage site or similar, just being a church, monastery, mosque, synagogue, etc is enough. Not that russia cares but this is lots of concrete evidence to prove russian warcrimes.
