I totally support this as people can be horrific, but is this simply because it is easier than the hassle of logging evidence with the local police forces to get the passenger a criminal conviction?
Thats cheaper than checking a bag at the airport!

If someone disrupts a flight and it has to divert or land because of them they should be put on the no fly list. 500 euro my arse.
Just stop doing flights between England and Malaga or Mallorca or wherever they go now.

Was on a flight from Prague once where most of the flight was pissed, and in stag groups, but one particular group were the loudest, most obnoxious pricks. They kept shouting over the staff announcements and during take off and landing kept trying to stand up.
Cabin crew did their best to tell them to shut up and stay seated. One particular gobshite tried to run to the jacks as we were still ascending.
Thought we were never gonna get home.
