Ciao! Qualcuno può chiarire il significato di questo segno. Un locale mi ha detto che significa che dovevo solo pagare per il parcheggio tra le 09:00 e le 20:00, e posso parcheggiare lì gratuitamente al di fuori di queste ore. Un altro locale ha detto che posso parcheggiare lì solo in queste ore e otterrò una multa se parcheggerò fuori queste ore. Per favore, sii serio, ho cercato su Google senza sosta.

Parking with ticket at that time. In weekdays. Other times free parking. (Is Saturday)
Time without brackets: working days (Mon-Fri)
Time with brackets: Saturdays
Time with red font (not present in this particular sign): Sundays and other national holidays
Outside of those time ranges, you may park free.
There is no indication that parking is forbidden outside of these hours. This sign only indicates that you need to pay on weekdays until 8 pm and on Saturdays until 5 pm.
Aren’t traffic signs taught at the traffic/driving school before you get your license?
Unfortunately nobody knows the answer.
You have to pay between 09:00 and 20:00. On Saturday between 09:00 – 17:00 Sundays is free. The zone number indicates how expensive it is and how long you may park there. This is zone 1.
