What an asshole. I worked at the hospital at Bagram AFB (CJTH) and during even a relatively calm period of the war in early 2014 took care of injured soldiers from the UK, Chechia, Estonia (and Canada) and received patients from military medical teams from Germany and Poland.
NATO was in Afghanistan because of an attack on the US, and he’s complaining that it was mainly a US effort?
Yes, the US lost 2400, but the rest of NATO had 1150 deaths. And he’s just shitting on it.
About 20% of the US KIA was from the national guard, so maybe the rest of the army should shit on him for not contributing.

Remember, Europe, especially the EU parts, show that people coming together to do things like peacefully resolve their differences, somewhat rein in the corporations, promote food, farming and environmental standards, share resources and so much more outright stands in defiance of all the lies American Republicans have told their people about how all of that is impossible.
But for there being such a number done on so many Americans with propaganda about how shit the rest of the world is there would be so many Americans clamouring for more protections from and regulation over the corporations in America too. But Republicans are never fully sure the propaganda will hold forever and so will do what they can to implode Europe and turn it into a third world vassal state of America.

Meanwhile people familiar with the US military have said that his service record reads like that of a REMF who his superiors couldn’t trust to do his job.
