Ciao a tutti, sono stato in Finlandia per pochi mesi e ho appena ottenuto il mio primo lavoro .. lavoro 38 ore a settimana per le 2ams mezza settimana e ho appena ottenuto la mia busta paga…. Qualcuno può spiegare cosa significhi tutto per me per favore. Lo apprezzerò davvero🙏

That seems to be only the extras paid on sunday, Saturday and evening work. Not the actual work. Did you get another payslip?
It does say in the bottom that you have been paid already in this year for 1400€ so you’re missinh for roughly 1k from this slip.
Usually these are on same slip but for some reason they are separate
You should ask your boss (esimies) if they can provide you your payslip in English instead.
Nursing home? You’ve got what looks like normal pay, extras for evening work (after 6pm) Saturday and Sunday. They make deductions for tax, unemployment etc. all looks correct to me.
Do you have a particular problem or question in mind? Everything seems pretty normal here, but what is making you think something might be off..?
