We do need good Mexican cooks here to be honest. I’d be very happy if the government had a 20k free visa option if I could have some real Mexican food instead of Tex-Mex
Can we please not import *every* cringe, awful bit of culture war behaviour from the US? We all know where this “unreliable Mexicans” stuff is coming from and it needs to go straight in the bin, along with all the concern trolling about abortion that’s been popping up lately.
Really hope Mr Perez Vargas uses his win to set up his own place doing authentic Mexican food, I’d go.
Anecdotal but the most unreliable workers I’ve ever had on my teams even whilst abroad have consistently been white British nationals. It’s not even close.
