      Got to get a referendum past the post first Stephen before you start planning a Foreign policy position on anything.

      Good to see the SNP are putting ordinary Scottish people first as usual. That is supposed to be timber only selling point after all.

      I don’t think the people of Scotland want independence because of Israel.

      No mandate, no public support, no pathway, no referendum for independence, but plenty of time to lay into Israel

      It’s easy for the SNP to say things to make themselves sound good without worrying about actually having to do them, given that independence is not happening any time in the forseeable future.

      But it does show just how much Israel has fucked up that “cut ties with Israel” is now a thing that a mainstream party in a western nation can say as a way to get cheap political points.

      I did laugh at Stephen Flynn saying he would shut Scottish embassies in either Jerusalem or Tel Aviv. He would have to open these Scottish embassies specially, just to close them down again.
