This was bound to happen with the CDU (Club of German Companies). This doesn’t mean that Germany will build any new nuclear power plants nor does it mean that the last one which was shut off 2023 is reactivated. It simply means that Germany doesn’t block money for french nuclear power plants.
TLDR: conservatives give tax money to companies to make more money for themselves.
