I spent three (legally) happy years in California during the 80s. Would I go back? Not a chance in hell.
Any chance these Americans could protest outside their embassy to try get their government to stop sending billions of dollars worth of munitions to Israel for the purpose of bombing children?

I’m from Dublin and moved here in ’80 and what you’re seeing and reading on the “news” is confined to a VERY small area, but they want you to think that it’s ALL of California.
It’s not.
I live in Sunland and work in Playa Vista and not once in my daily and weekend commutes have I run across any demonstrations or trouble. Not once.
Yiz all get yer knickers in a bunch when they all call the Irish a bunch drunks so stop with all the generalizations.
We Irish are better than that.
And California is a beautiful state with absolutely wonderful people in it, one of, if not the most diverse states in the country.
