Following story from overseas so very curious.

Rampaging murderous racist mobs are bad, clearly. Would the locals say there are reasons that justify this beyond the assault of that teenaged girl? Has law enforcement allowed crime to increase over time, or are they showing greater leniency for “cultural differences” or anything like that?

Or is this people hating because they don’t like people from other cultures? Is it a far-right influenced thing? Is this area just a dangerous place?

Really trying to understand what set this off.
