
Vedo un sacco di "tolleranza zero" E "gravi conseguenze" Per i conducenti catturati sotto l’influenza, ma anche che molti di quelli catturati sono ripetuti trasgressori. Quanto è comune la guida ubriaca in Estonia? La maggior parte delle persone usa effettivamente i conducenti designati, o semplicemente beve a/vicino a casa o semplicemente non viene catturata?
Mi piace l’idea di Visitare le cantine Al di fuori della città, ma non sembra esserci alcun modo per andare dall’uno all’altro (e provare il loro prodotto) senza aspettare mezza giornata per un taxi/bullone? Assumere un pilota designato per un giorno sarebbe fantastico!

It is not uncommon, but it is not something most people practice. Just like you said, the people who do offend tend to be repeat offenders, i.e. bad apples. If you are hoping that anyone here will endorse you DUI, I doubt you will get much support, lol. 🙂 Hire a bolt or travel with a friend who doesn’t drink. Let’s be responsible!
Estonia is not the most well-known country for wine estates, although we do have some winemakers who grow their own grapes. There’s no point in driving there from Tallinn half-drunk. These places are generally in southern Estonia. 2.5-3 hours. It’s easier to take a bus to the nearest town to the wineries and take a taxi from there.
What are you asking exactly? Can you drive drunk here – no. Can you hire a driver and car for money – yes, probably. Depending on details and dates even I could provide such service.
You should make a post here after having tried some of the wines, I’m really interested in hearing how wine made from grapes grown in such cold climate turns out
