      Are you sure that’s written by the owner and not a previous visitor that wanted to save their bullet points for their review? (Or this is just their direct review to the owner)

      This looks more like a review from a previous stay than a note from the owner.
      The note says that the place is clean, it’s nice there’s a tv, everything was provided (playes, glasses and all), arriving there with no issues, everything was well explained, everything was great, slept well.

      I think it might be more of a livre d’or than rules – the person wrote all of the positives sides they found to the AirBnb during their stay

      “Hi,
      – The place is very clean

      – Great to have the TV to wacht smthing before going to bed

      – everything was available: Plates, glasses, etc.

      – Arrival with no issue

      – everything was well explained

      – nothing to say, I slept very well”

      Thanks everyone. The notebook was left on the table I thought it was a message for me but I guess it’s the guestbook.

      Could it be from like the prior guest or something, I’m not a native speaker but I’ll try to translate:

      -Hi/goodday

      -Clean environment

      -Nice to have a television to watch something before going to bed

      -Everything was present (plate (to eat from?), glass and everything)

      -Nice environment

      -Nothing else to say, very well/good?

      -Slept well

      It’s possible the previous vacationer left this behind for the owners, and maybe they forgot to take it with them, or don’t even clean the airbnb themselves but leave it to the guests?
