Well I knew the courts were struggling to clear backlog, but this is ridiculous.

A couple of important details they leave out of this:
1. It was DNA matching from semen on the body re-analyzed in 2023
2. He spent time in prison 10 years after this case for breaking into the homes of and raping two elderly women
I wonder who done it…
