Ho ordinato una lavatrice da Amazon e secondo la loro app è stata consegnata il 16 giugno. Tuttavia non l’ho mai ricevuto, ero a Hone in attesa della consegna ma nessuno è venuto. Non appena ho osservato che lo stato dell’ordine è stato aggiornato come "consegnato"Ho contattato il servizio clienti di Amazon spiegando lo scenario. Mi hanno chiesto di aspettare 2 giorni, affermando che potrebbe essere consegnato in quella durata. Oggi ho contattato loro per ricontrollare, hanno detto che potrebbe essere rubato dalla terza parte e devo presentare un reclamo di polizia e condividere la copia con loro per essere considerata per un rimborso. Di recente mi sono trasferito in Germania e non so come funzionano le cose qui, ma 1) non dovrebbe essere responsabilità di Amazon presentare il reclamo poiché è il loro rovina? 2) Se avessi bisogno di presentare il reclamo, sarebbero le loro ripercussioni per me?

I’ve Never been in this situation. I’ve only have had small cheaper parcels disappeared similarly to yours and Amazon refunded the price.
I would actually go to the police, show them everything from Amazon and ask if it’s the correct way to proceed. You could also ask at your local Verbraucherschuz (consumer protection office)
You never got your order, so it wasn’t stolen from *you*. Legally speaking, the “Gefahrenübergang” happens as soon as your order is handed to you, which never happened.
I’d tell Amazon to deliver your order or refund your money. Also give them a deadline.
did you ever gave them a drop allowcence. aka thier allowed to just drop it off without you writing down you got it ?
did a neightboor accept it for you?
Never heard of this. I would just try a different agent in chat…
If that doesn’t work, go for call or email.
That being said, more and more people are scamming online retailers saying it hasn’t been delivered to try and get items for free.
