Ieri ho parcheggiato la mia macchina qui e non c’era nessun cartello che indicasse il divieto di parcheggio, ecc. Oggi c’era un biglietto per il parcheggio e per il parcheggio sulla mia macchina. Anche il cartello ha una data sbagliata, allora perché mi hanno dato il biglietto del parcheggio? Qualcuno può dirmi qual è il problema?

It is not a ticket, it says your car was damaged in a car accident and if you have questions you can call them.
Would you like to at least read what the paper you yourself photographed says before posting? It clearly states that your car was involved in an accident. It probably got damaged or at least touched.
